A chlorinated, heavy-duty high alkaline powder designed for the removal of tough food soils. Contains low foaming surfactants as well as its own rinse additive to assure one pass cleaning without spots. Even though this product is strong, it is safe for use on soft metals, aluminum, or pewter.
Be careful not to get product on hands or into eyes. Scrape and flush gross soils from kitchenware prior to machine washing. Machine wash water should be changed when noticeably dirty. Set detergent feeder for recommended concentration. Sanitize as required. When kitchenware is removed from machine, set aside to air dry. When dry, place into a sanitary storage area.
Check with your service technician for proper usage amount.
Type use:
For Manual Feed: Add 4-5 ounces every 5 racks of dishes. Change machine wash water when noticeably dirty.
For Automatic Dispensing: Add product to covered bowl or reservoir unit. Maximum results are obtained when wash temperature is maintained at 145-155ºF. If water temperatures are too low, fat soils will not soften causing decreased cleaning. If water is too hot, soils may become flash dried to the kitchen ware, thus making it more difficult to remove.
