A concentrated liquid detergent designed for mechanical dishwashing. Quickly emulsifies food particles and oily soils from plates and eating utensils. This product should not be used on soft metals. Use caution when handling this product. Rubber gloves and a face shield are recommended when changing in-take tubes. An environmentally friendly product blended with lower phosphate content.
Do not use this detergent on soft metals, aluminum, pewter, or silver. Scrape excess soils from dishes and flatware. Rack dishes properly to increase efficiency of dish washer. Wash using this concentrated detergent. See your chemical specialist for exact usage. Sanitize as required. Allow kitchenware to air dry. Remove from rack and place kitchenware in sanitary holding area.
