A fortified, powdered warewash detergent that can handle the most common water conditions. Product effectively removes temperature dishwashing machines. This highly alkaline soil from wares, leaving a clean surface. Can be used in low or hot powder was designed for the removal of tough food soils. Containers low foaming surfactants as well as its own rinse additive to assure one pass cleaning without spots. Unique dispensing jar prevents mishandling and reduces risk of injury to personnel.
Pull the plastic tab on top of jar to expose screen. Turn upside down and place into dispensing bowl. Be careful not to get product on hands or into eyes. Scrape and flush gross soils from kitchenware prior to machine washing. Machine wash water should be changed when noticeably dirty. Set detergent feeder for recommended concentration. See your service technician for proper usage amount. Sanitize as required. When kitchenware is removed from machine, set aside to air dry. When dry, place into a sanitary storage area. This product is highly alkaline. Do not use on aluminum, silver plate, or pewter.
