Emulso-Kleen ~ Concentrated Liquid, High Surfactant Emulsifier
Description
A concentrated liquid emulsifier to be used on all classes of laundry work for the better removal of most stains. Highly effective on greasy, oily soils such as butter stains, salad dressings, make-up, collars/cuffs, and shop towels. Can be added to the break operation with an alkali, used as a normal detergent or booster or used as a pre-spotter/pre-spray. Can be used in warm water or hot water without a loss in performance. Helps reduce the amount of detergent needed to break up tough soils and stains. For use in institutional and industrial applications. Ideally suited for larger laundries with machines over 100 pounds of capacity.
Directions
FOR PRESOAKING: Use 1-2 ounces per 5 gallons of water in a soak solution. Place the stained linens into solution and allow soaking overnight.
CUFF AND COLLAR TREATING: Make up a solution of 2 ounces per quart of warm water to make up a cuff and collar pre-spray. Spray collars and cuffs in marking department. This will allow ample time to break soils prior to washing.
WASHWHEEL USE: To provide an added boost to your break cycle, add 2-4 ounces per 100 pounds of linens in with your normal break product. This will help to loosen soils and allow for lower detergent usage. For heavier soils such as shop towels or kitchen aprons, add 3-4 ounces to the wheel with a suitable high alkaline break. Wash for 15 minutes at 150ºF to get better results.
