Combi Cleaner/Degreaser – Combination Oven Cleaner/Degreaser
A unique concentrated alkaline degreaser for use through the integral cleaning system on combination ovens.
Combi-Cleaner Degreaser must only be used via the integrated dosing system on combination ovens. Concentration can be adjusted via the oven control panel according to the level of soiling. Typical dilution rate is between 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of wash solution. Care should always be taken when changing containers. Always ensure that chemical containers are stored in a safe location.
