Scrape excess soils from kitchenware. Prepare a sink with a solution of warm to hot water and add detergent at a rate of 1 ounce per 5 gallons of water. Place kitchenware into sink and wash. Rinse with clear water. Sanitize with recommended sanitizer. Place dishes aside to air dry. Heavy soils may require use of more detergent and a longer soaking time.
